I started out as their customer before becoming their reseller. At first, Jacky tell me all his products. I've tried his raw salmon fillet, hot smoked salmon fillet, salmon flakes and dips. All very fresh and delicious. He also explained to me that they are all wild caught and the benefits of them compares to farmed salmon. That's why i want to become his reseller to introduce this wild caught salmon to people because we all only know how to eat farmed salmon, dont know about this new wild caught salmon which is better. If you have eaten enough normal farmed salmon, you'd definitely be able to taste the difference between farmed and wild caught salmon - the texture and the flavour. I added Wild Pink Fish's Wild Salmon Flakes to my pasta or fried rice, so delicious! The Quiche is juicy. Personal favourite so far is the Puff!! Get the big one and you can taste the goodness of almost a whole wild salmon enveloped in the buttery pastry, really well done, authentic and one of a kind. Good for busy days - heat up and you have a good meal already!”
We tried most of the items sold and we love it all, from fresh salmon, smoke one and all products such as Salmon Pizza and Quiche, Salmon Wellington, Croissant and lovely Salmon Dip. All becomes our family favourite dishes. Very recommended!
